A powerful design for a powerful game
Always the biggest game on Ohio State’s football schedule, we knew “The Game” needed a front page that displays the intensity of a matchup that creates legends and defines legacies.
Our comic book-inspired design celebrates the past while looking to the future, as two legendary moments in Ohio State-Michigan history share the page with current superstar Caleb Downs (#2).
Curtis Samuel’s double-overtime touchdown in 2016 and Zach Boren’s bone-crushing sack in 2012 are images any Buckeye fan can recognize in an instant, which we used to re-energize a fanbase that has been on the losing side of the rivalry in recent years.
